- Plug in your X-keys, wait for Windows to recognize it and then launch vMix
- Under the “Settings” tab click on “Shortcuts”
- Open “Templates”
- Choose the “X-keys Video Switcher Kit” and click “Apply”. It will ask to you confirm replacing existing shortcuts, click “Yes”
- Remove the black Key Blockers with a small flat tool such as a flat head screwdriver
- Insert a Key Plunger into the circle opening
- Add a Keycap onto the Key Plunger and press into place
- You can also remove keys and add Key Blockers (just remove the Key Plunger with small pliers to keep the Key Blockers from popping out)
